SHRIMP MOLD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Season salt to taste
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. minced, cooked shrimp
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and white pepper
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cold water

Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Soften gelatin in water, then dissolve over low heat. Fold into cream cheese. Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into a lightly oiled 5 cup mold. Chill. This will set in minutes. Serve as a spread for crackers. It is pretty if you add a drop or two of red food coloring.
