SHRIMP OR CRAB MOLD | |
2 pkgs. gelatin 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 lb. chopped shrimp or 1 lb. crabmeat 1 med. green onion 1 c. chopped celery Juice of 1/2 lemon Heat soup over low fire to warm. Mix gelatin into soup. Add cream cheese to warm soup to melt it. Then remove from heat. Stir in other ingredients and place in mold for 8 hours in refrigerator. |
