GLORIFIED SHRIMP OR TUNA MOLD 
1 can tomato soup
2 1/2 tbsp. plain gelatin
1 c. water
1/2 c. water - for the gelatin
Dash Tabasco sauce
Dash Worcestershire
1 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. finely diced green pepper
1 c. flaked tuna or 1 lb. cooked diced shrimp
1 c. mayonnaise
Juice and rind of one lemon

Soak gelatin in cold water. Heat soup and 1 cup water, add gelatin. Cool. Add the rest of the ingredients - the lemon juice and rind added last. Pour in mold and refrigerate. Unmold on bed of lettuce. Serve with lemon wedges.
