1 lb. bag Oreos
1 stick butter, melted
6 oz. instant vanilla pudding
6 oz. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Crush Oreos, save 1/2 cup. Pour over melted butter. Press in bottom of oblong pan. Mix vanilla pudding and cream cheese with milk. Pour over crust. Spread the cool Whip over that, and sprinkle top with remaining Oreos. Chill 2-3 hours or overnight.
