1 lg. box vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 med. carton Cool Whip

Mix vanilla pudding and milk together. In separate bowl mix confectioners' sugar and cream cheese. Then mix with pudding. Crush enough Oreo cookies to layer bottom of pan, then place pudding mixture onto top. Next layer with Cool Whip and sprinkle with oreo cookies on top.
