1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies (crush into crumbs)
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 jumbo Cool Whip (16 oz.)
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Beat pudding mix with milk in large bowl until thickened. Stir in other ingredients. Mix ingredients well with mixer at low speed. Layer 1/2 cookie crumbs into a 9 x 13 inch serving dish. Cover with pudding mixture. Top with remaining oreo crumbs. Chill overnight (I freeze mine). Serve and enjoy!
