BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine all ingredients and bake in a 10-inch skillet at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
