“FAVORITE SUGAR COOKIES (NO EGGS)” IS IN:

FAVORITE SUGAR COOKIES (NO EGGS) 
As easy as... 1.. 2.. 3!

1 lb. butter
2 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream together butter and sugar. Sift dry ingredients together and mix into creamed mixture. Roll into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press slightly with a fork dipped in sugar.

Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.

I was going to bake the regular sugar cookie recipe when i came across this! i didnt have any eggs anyway! i ended up using a little vanilla,a cup of water, and at the end a little brown sugar and powdered sugar! so good!

Used this recipe because I ran out of eggs. Instead of 3 cups of flour, I only used 2 and added a cup of cocoa powder too - made delicious chocolate cookies!

The dough was amazing but the cookies weren't quite as good as expected... because they burned slightly. Still tasted really good considering it uses about a forth as many ingredients as I'm used to using in cookies. I added some vanilla, that helped the flavor a lot.
