FRENCH MARKET SOUP 
1 variety pkg. beans and peas
Ham hocks
28 oz. can tomatoes
4 stalks celery
2 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
Thyme, basil, salt and pepper
1 lb. sliced kielbasa
2 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley
1 lg. onion

Wash beans; cover with water and soak overnight. Drain; add 3 quarts water, ham, bay leaves, thyme, basil. Simmer 2 1/2-3 hours. Add tomatoes, onions, celery, salt and pepper. Simmer 1 hour until creamy. Add sausage and chicken; simmer 30 minutes. Before serving, add parsley. Best if refrigerate for a day before serving.
