RHUBARB CRUNCH 
1 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 c. butter (melted)
4 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first 5 ingredients. Place 1/2 of mixture in greased 8x8 pan. Cover with the rhubarb, sugar and cinnamon mixture. Top with other half oat mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
