STEW BEEF CASSEROLE 
Cut 1 pound stew beef in small pieces. Roll this in flour, salt and pepper. Place in ungreased casserole dish. Sprinkle with one chopped onion; top with 1 can tomato paste and 1 can water. Bake with cover at 350 degrees, for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Stir after 45 minutes of baking. Delicious as a topping to be served over rice.
