NO PEEK BEEF CASSEROLE - STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 env. onion soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. red wine or juice
10 1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Cooked noodles or rice

Combine all ingredients in pot. Stir together well. Cover and cook on low for 8-12 hours (or high for 5-6 hours) in slow cooker. Serve over noodles or rice.
