NO PEEK BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat (uncooked)
4-5 potatoes (quartered)
5 carrots (cut lengthwise and in halves)
1 onion (quartered)
3 stalks celery (good sized chunks)
1 sm. can tomatoes and juice
1/2 c. bouillon (using full cube)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (mix in bouillon)
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 slice fresh bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in heavy pan and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. DO NOT PEEK!
