NO - PEEK BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew or chuck meat
4 to 5 stalks celery, cut up
4 to 5 potatoes, cut up
3 lg. onions, cut up
4 or more carrots, cut up
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 can beef broth or 2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in water
5 tbsp. tapioca
1 tsp. salt, pepper to taste or Mrs. Dash to taste (Extra Spicy Mrs. Dash is very good - adds zip!)

Combine in large roasting pan and cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours. Don't peek! Perfect every time! HINT: Recipe may be doubled in turkey roaster - freeze a meal or give as a meal with salad and rolls to someone else!

This is ALMOST the same recipe I always use for beef stew. A couple of changes: I don't add celery,(for some reason family doesn't like celery in stew?) I add a LARGE can of stewed tomatoes, and I add GARLIC. (about 3 tbsp.) Rave reviews every time! And it ALWAYS turns out great!
