NO PEEK BEEF STEW 
1 or 2 lbs. beef for stew
Salt
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can beef bouillon soup
6 tbsp. tapioca
Whole green beans
Carrots, cut in half lengthwise
Sm. red potatoes
2 stalks celery, cut up
2 quartered onions

Salt vegetables. Put all ingredients into a covered roasting pan. Bake at least 4 1/2 hours (minimum) at 275 degrees.
