NO PEEK BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef (I use stewing beef, lean)
2 med. onions
3 potatoes
3 carrots
2 cans Del Monte Blue Lake cut green beans
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 c. red wine
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper

Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Cut vegetables into chunks. Mix everything into a large pot. Cover and bake in 250 degree oven for 5 hours. Don't peek.
