1 lb. beef stew meat
1 c. celery
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. tomato juice
2 c. water
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients raw. Bake in oven at 250 degrees for 6 hours or more. Serve over-with baking powder biscuits.
