STEW BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 to 2 lb. beef stew meat, cut in sm. pieces
1 c. sliced carrots
1 lg. onion, cut in sm. pieces
1 to 2 c. sliced potatoes
1 can Golden mushroom soup

Place meat in 13 x 9 inch pan. Add layer of carrots, onions, and potatoes. Spread soup over all. Cover and bake at 275 degrees about 4 hours.
