2 lb. stew beef
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Brown 2 pounds stew beef. Put in casserole dish and add 1/2 package soup mix and mushroom soup. cook at 300 degrees with lid for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
