HAMBURGER AND RICE HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
2 onions
2 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
2 c. water
4 tsp. soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can bean sprouts (optional)
1 can water chestnuts (optional)
1 can mushrooms (optional)

Brown hamburger, onion, celery, salt and pepper; drain. Combine remaining ingredients in large casserole. Add the browned ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. If the optional ingredients are used add 1/2 hour to the baking time.
