NO BAKE HAMBURGER RICE HOTDISH 
2 tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom pieces
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 c. frozen vegetables
2 c. instant rice
1 lb. hamburger, browned & drained

Brown hamburger; set aside. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter in large saucepan. Add water, soy sauce, bouillon and vegetables. Bring to boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 8 minutes. Stir in hamburger and serve.
