HAMBURGER AND RICE HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
5 c. water
2 c. brown rice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown hamburger. Stir in water, bouillon cubes, rice, and salt. Bring to boil. Simmer 50 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in cream of mushroom soup. Heat. Serves 8.
