GREEK TOSSED SALAD 
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. feta cheese
6 strips bacon, cooked
Black olives, sliced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash pepper

Chop tomato, cucumber and olives. Toss with lettuce. Add both cheeses and bacon. Toss with dressing right before serving.
