HAWAIIAN TOSSED SALAD 
1 fresh pineapple
2 c. torn assorted greens
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. ham, cut julienne style
2/3 c. celery slices

Cut pineapple in half lengthwise through crown. Remove fruit, leaving the shells intact. Core and cut pineapple into chunks. Combine all ingredients and toss lightly. Spoon into shells.
