PORK CHOP CASSEROLE (MICROWAVE) 
4 (1/2" thick) rib or loin pork chops
1 sm. thinly sliced onion
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed celery or mushroom soup
1 (1 lb.) can applesauce

In 10" glass skillet arrange chops in corners. Layer with onion, brown sugar and salt. Top with soup. Microwave High, covered, 12 to 14 minutes rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking, or until pork chops are done. Rest, covered, 10 minutes. In 2 cup glass measure, heat applesauce and spoon hot onto casserole prior to serving. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
