PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4-6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. white wine
3/4 c. long grain rice
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 onion, thinly sliced

Brown pork chops on both sides. Sprinkle with pepper. In baking dish mix soup, wine, 1/2 cup water, uncooked rice, mushrooms, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and thyme. Top with pork chops. Then separate sliced onion into rings and put on top of pork chops. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes or until chops are tender.
