PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1 med. onion
4 or 5 peeled, thinly sliced potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup

Place 3 chops in bottom of casserole dish, next place layer of potatoes, layer of onion. Continue until used all ingredients. Top with 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup. Bake in oven 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
