CHEESY PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
1 med. onion, sliced
4 potatoes, peeled and quartered or sliced
4 slices Velveeta cheese
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water

Place onions on the bottom of a baking dish and arrange the chops in a single layer over the onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Layer potatoes over chops and add the cheese slices over the potatoes. Spread the soup over all and add water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours. (Or in crock pot on medium for 4 hours.)
