PORK CHOP-POTATO CASSEROLE | |
6 loin pork chops 6 med. potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 sm. onion, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Brown chops in small amount of shortening or oil. Peel potatoes, slice thinly. Layer in casserole chops, potatoes and onions in 2 layers. Pour mushroom soup over casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
