PORK CHOPS AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
Pork chops
Potatoes
Onions
Celery
Bell pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Kitchen Bouquet
1 c. rice (optional)

Season and brown pork. Slice potatoes and season. Layer potatoes, a layer of pork, onions, celery, and bell peppers. Add soup, water, and Kitchen Bouquet. Add rice if desired. (If so add 1 cup water.) Bale at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
