PORK CHOP-SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 whole canned sweet potatoes, drained
6 thin slices unpeeled orange
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar

Place sweet potatoes in greased baking dish. Top with orange slices. Arrange pork chops on top. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
