PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. pork chops
4 to 6 potatoes
3 lg. onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
18 oz. container sour cream

Layer baking dish with pork chops, salt and pepper to taste. Layer with sliced onions, then sliced potatoes. Combine soup and sour cream and pour over casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
