PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
4-6 pork chops 1 c. chopped green onions 4 potatoes, sliced thinly 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. oil 1 c. chopped cabbage 1 can asparagus soup 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper Arrange a layer of potatoes, a layer of onions and a layer of cabbage in a long pan or casserole dish. Mix soup, milk, and seasoning and pour over vegetables. Brown the chops in oil and lay over vegetables and soup mixture, pouring drippings over entire dish. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
