PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 loin pork chops
5 or 6 med. potatoes
2 med. onions
1 1/2 c. apple juice
Salt & pepper
Flour

Brown chops in fry pan over medium heat. Slice potatoes 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Slice onions in rings. Layer chops, potatoes and onions in casserole dish. Sprinkle each layer with flour, salt and pepper to taste. Add apple juice. Cover. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
