PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans (or fresh)
2 med. onions, sliced
3 potatoes (lg.), peeled and sliced thin
4 pork chops
Salt (optional)

Layer beans (I precook them), onions, potatoes in an oiled 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place pork chops on top, cover and bake at 375 degrees for 3/4 hour. Remove cover (or foil) and bake an additional 15 minutes until chops are tender and brown. Enjoy. (I add a little water to cover bottom of dish instead of oiling the dish). Serves 4.
