PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. chuck steak, cubed
1/2 lb. pork steak, cubed
1/2 lb. link sausage, cut in pieces
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 med. potatoes, cubed
1/2 med. head cabbage, cut up
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute first 4 ingredients, toss with remaining ingredients. Put in 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
