STEAK LORANZO 
2 New York steaks (cut in bite size)
2 cloves garlic (chopped fine)
2 tbsp. rosemary leaves
2 tbsp. sage
1/4 c. red wine
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown garlic in oil and butter, then add rosemary and sage. Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Make sure the pan is real HOT. Cook steak for 12-15 minutes. Keep stirring, add wine and cover for 10 minutes. Serve with green beans and a baked potato.
