STIR-FRY PEPPER STEAK 
2 tbsp. oil or 1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. round steak (cut into strips)
2 medium green peppers (seeded and cut strips)
1 c. slice mushroom (cooked)

Put the oil in a skillet, sprinkle in the garlic salt and place over medium heat until hot. Add the steak, green peppers, and mushrooms to skillet. Cook, stirring often, until the meat is cooked as done as you like.
