GARDEN MACARONI SALAD | |
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Creamettes elbow macaroni, uncooked 1 1/2 c. cubed fully cooked ham or pepperoni (optional) 2 c. sm. fresh broccoli flowerets 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh cauliflowerets 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms 1 med. zucchini, sliced 1 med. yellow squash, cut into julienne strips 18-20 cherry tomatoes, quartered 1 c. diced Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese 3/4 c. sliced green onions 1 1/2 c. bottled Italian dressing Prepare Creamettes elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain. In large bowl, combine macaroni and remaining ingredients; toss to mix. Cover; chill thoroughly. Toss gently before serving. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. 12-16 servings. |
