CHICKEN ORIENTAL 
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in strips
2 tbsp. oil
2 pkgs. oriental Ramen noodles
2 c. frozen oriental vegetables
2 c. water

Saute chicken in oil until cooked, add 2 cups water and seasoning (from Ramen package); stir. Add Ramen noodles (broken); stir well. Place frozen vegetables on top of noodles, let simmer about 4 minutes, stir well. Simmer 2 more minutes, serve over hot rice if desired. Serves 4 generously.
