BEEF TIPS IN MUSHROOM SAUCE 
2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (12 oz.) can 7-Up

Place meat in 2 quart casserole dish, covered. Do not season. Pour dry onion soup mix over meat, then the can of mushroom soup and the last can of 7-Up. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 4 hours. Do not open oven during cooking. When done, remove from oven and let stand 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 8.
