BEEF TIPS IN MUSHROOM SAUCE 
4 lbs. lean chuck, cut into 1 3/4 inch pieces
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 pkgs. onion soup mix
1 c. Seven-Up
1 c. burgundy wine

Place meat in a 4 quart casserole. Do not season. Pour soup mix and soup over the meat. Add Seven-Up and wine. Cover the casserole and bake at 275 degrees for 4 hours. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR DURING COOKING! Serve over cooked noodles. Delicious!
