PISTACHIO CAKE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. ginger ale
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding

Blend all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan. Cool, then frost; fill center hole.

FROSTING:

1 pt. heavy whipped cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding

Combine and whip for a few minutes.
