PEANUT BUTTER SHEET CAKE 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water

Boil above together; just until bubbly.

STEP 2:
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil together first 4 ingredients in step 1, then remove from heat and add the next 6 ingredients listed in Step 2. Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13 inch cookie sheet pan. Batter will be very thin. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly, then add the following icing.

ICING:

1/2 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk

Boil above ingredients together. Remove from heat and add:

1 lb. box confectioners' (powdered) sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth, then spread over cake.
