QUICK SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless pork, cut into cubes
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. Karo (dark)
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. corn starch

Brown pork in oil. Add next six ingredients. Bring to boil; simmer 10 minutes or until pork is tender. Add green pepper. Mix corn starch and 2 tablespoons water; add to skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Serve over cooked rice.
