2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

STREUSEL:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom only of 9x5 inch loaf pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. In large bowl, combine all bread ingredients; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan.

In small bowl, combine all Streusel ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over batter and swirl lightly to marble.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Cool completely before slicing.
