CORNED BEEF POTATOES CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
4 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
1 sm. can corned beef, crumbled
6-8 slices cheese
1 can condensed celery soup, undiluted
Salt & pepper to taste (put on potatoes)

Put 2 cups of cooked potato slices in a 2 quart casserole, cover with 1/2 of corned beef (crumbled). Put 3 to 4 slices of cheese over this. Add remaining potatoes, remaining corned beef and remaining cheese. Put celery soup over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
