1 lb. butter
2 lbs. brown sugar
2 lbs. flour
5 eggs (2 more to paint)

Mix well. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Roll very thin, cut with cookie cutters. Paint with beaten eggs. Sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and granulated sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 4 to 8 minutes depending on thickness. Thinner the better. Watch closely.
