DROP SAND TARTS 
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. butter (or Mazola butter)
2 c. granulated sugar
2 1/2 c. flour (generous)

Mix butter and sugar well. Add eggs and then vanilla. Add all dry ingredients; mix well. Chill overnight or until you are ready to bake.

Drop small amount, 1/2 teaspoon, on greased cookie sheet, then press it down with fork dipped in beaten egg white. (You may use your finger.) Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon and nuts. Bake at 375 degrees 8 to 10 minutes.
