POTATO SALAD 
4 eggs
4 Idaho potatoes
1/2 stalk fresh celery
1/2 jar mixed Indian Relish
1 tsp. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. of mayonnaise
2 heaping tbsp. of salad dressing
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1 med. onion
Carrots

Boil eggs and chop fine. Boil potatoes and cut up in eighths. Chop celery fine. Chop onion fine. Mix potatoes, eggs, celery and onion and Indian Relish. Mix in mayonnaise. Stir and mix well. Add sugar. Add pinch of salt and pepper and salad dressing. Mix well. Garnish with grated carrots.
